How you can help

1. Give a regular donation
You can spread payments over two years. Payments may be made monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or in yearly instalments on the standing order form.

2. Give a one-off donation
We welcome one-off donations of any amount. Please make cheques payable to Westbury-on-Trym Parochial Church Council and send to the Parish Office (click here for the address).

3. Sponsor a set of pipes
Organ pipes have names of orchestral instruments. Each stop/sound has a set of 56 pipes. The number after the stop name refers to the height in feet of the longest pipe in each set.

• £1000 Brass - Bombarde 16ft, Trumpet 8ft, Clarion 4ft
• £500 Woodwind - Bassoon 16ft, Oboe 8ft, Flute 4ft, Stopped Flute 8ft, Lieblich Flute 4ft
• £250 Strings - Vox Angelica 8ft, Saliconal 8ft
• £100 Other pipes - Open Diapason 8ft, Stopped Diapason 8ft, Dulciana 8ft, Principal 4ft, Fifteenth 2ft
• £50 Set of 1ft pipes

Making a tax efficient donation

We can reclaim tax on all donations under the Gift Aid scheme, providing the donor is a UK taxpayer. Please complete a Gift Aid declaration.

If you are a higher rate taxpayer you can reclaim the difference between the basic rate of tax and the higher rate of tax which you pay. To discuss this further, please contact the Organ Appeal committee via the parish office.
